In the field of cancer research, Tissue MicroArray (TMA) - based clinicopathological study has been a powerful validation tool of biomarker expression in a large number of tissue samples. Over the last several years our laboratory has generated more than 100 TMA blocks containing above 2,000 cores, and recently, we opened a web interface, Digital TMA, to provide the ongoing TMA data. The key factors of a useful TMA database are detailed and precise clinical information including patients' survival and recurrence and a high quality of core images that can represent whole lesion effectively. Digital TMA contains detailed and practical information for cancer research and reflects the essential demands of oncology experts who have been looking for proficient data
